Teen Full Driver Education Course Cancellation & Refund Policy
A full refund minus a $50 administrative fee will be made to any student who cancels the enrollment contract after midnight of the third day, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and legal holidays, after the enrollment contract is signed by the prospective student/parent, unless the student has begun the course and accepted a certificate of completion during that period.
Refund computations will be based on actual instruction received through the last date of attendance. The effective date of termination for refund purposes will be the earliest of the following: a) the last day of attendance, if student is terminated from the school, or b) the date of receipt of written notice from the student. If tuition is collected in advance of entrance and, if after the expiration of the 72-hour cancellation privilege, the student does not enter school, terminates enrollment, or withdraws, the school may retain up to $50 as administrative expenses plus a $100 termination expense, a charge of $25 for a DE-964 (Student’s Driving Certificate) and, from the remainder, shall refund that portion of the classroom tuition and fees and behind-the-wheel tuition and fees for the services not previously revived by the student. Refunds for items of extra expense to the student, including instructional supplies, books, missed driving lesion fees, laboratory fees, service charges, rentals, deposits and all other such, and ancillary miscellaneous, will be made within 30 days after the effective date of enrollment termination; if these items are stated separately and shown as part of the data finished the student before enrollment. A full refund of all tuition and fees is due and refundable in each of the following cases: a) when an enrolled is not accepted by the school, b) if the course of instruction is discontinued by the school a this location, or c) if the students enrollment was procured as a result of any misrepresentation in advertising, promotional materials of the school, or misrepresentation by the owner or representation of the school.
Total price paid $370 = 32 hour of classroom at a rate of $10.93 per hour ($10.93 * 32 = $350 the 7 hours in car at a rate o$2.89 per hour, total 7 hours = $20.00 refund). There is no charge for the 7 hours of observation.
Expedited Driving Services are non refundable whether completed or not. Expedited services are for parents/students that are under a car lesson time constraint and must be expedited through the DE course. This service requires significant cooperation of the part of the parents/students.

Refunds shall be completed with in 30 days after the effective date of termination.
If a student does not attend one time and in car lesson that was scheduled or cancel 24 hours prior to the appointment time, there are two (2) OPTIONS: The student can pay a $25 rescheduling fee or forfeit the lesson.
This contract terminates 90 days after date of payment; there is no refund for this type of termination.
Behind The Wheel Driver Terms and Conditions:
1, Students Must have a valid instruction permit or driver’s license it present during the drive time.
2, Cancellation must be made more than 24 hours in advance of the scheduled drive lesson by the student/parent or legal guardian.
3, Drive Safe Driving School has a $25 cancellation fee and no-show policy to cover the costs associated with your missed lesson. if you don’t show there is no refund.
If student is without a valid instruction permit or driver’s license, impaired for any reason (lack of sleep, intoxication, medication, etc. ) or wears footwear which may impair the ability to safely operate the vehicle, the lesson will be cancelled and considered a no-show,
Adult 6 Hour Permit Class Refund and Cancellation Policy
A full refund will be made to any student who cancels the enrollment contract before midnight of the third day, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and legal holiday, after the enrollment contract is signed by the prospective students, unless the student has completed the course and accepted a certificate of completion during that period.

After 90 days, there is no refund and the contract and any remaining instruction is canceled.
A no-show fee of $25 will be charged for arriving without a valid permit (license) or any failure to show for a scheduled lesson on time or provide cancellation of a driving lesson greater than 24 hours. Of the no show fine is not paid, the customer forfeits that lesson and no refunds shall be given for that lesson. In the event of a fill refund, the cost per lesson fee will be deducted from that portion of the behind-the-wheel tuition and fees for services not previously received by the student.

Refunds are calculated in the following manner (1 lesson = 55 Minutes):

Adult Class and 2 In Car Lessons = Adult Class $10 per hour in Car = $35 per hour
In Car Instruction Lesson = $45, 3 Lessons = $43.00 per Lesson, 7 Lessons = 42.85 Per Lesson
Road Testing Refund Policy
Cancellation/Refund Policy: Cancellations made with more than 24 hours prior to a road test will be given a full refund minus a $10 administrative fee. There will be no refund for no-shows, not having the required paperwork; your vehicle does not pass inspection or cancellations made with less than 24 hours of appointment time. You will receive one attempts to pass. After that a restarting fee for those that do not pass on the first second attempt fee is $25.00.
